Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

For orders; customers may use any carrier of their choice to return items. Coverage of shipping will be case by case basis. Please reach out to us with any issues or exchanges. 

* Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

* Processing Time: Returns are processed within 1 to 3 business days after being received by our warehouse. Please allow an additional 5 days for the refund to appear in your account (bank, credit card, PayPal, etc).

* Refunds: Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. If a gift card was used, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

* Inspections: All returned items must pass inspection for a full refund.


RETURN CONDITIONS

* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.

* Items must be free of stains, makeup, fragrances, deodorant, or any visible wear.

* Functional accessories (e.g., lifting straps, resistance bands, wrist/ankle wraps) cannot be returned.

* Items marked as "Final Sale" and those discounted 50% or more are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

We do offer exchanges, please reach out to us for help. Most of the time this will be automatically done once the item is received by us. Please return the item(s) as quickly as possible to fall within the return window. Otherwise all sales are final. 


RESTOCKING FEE

Returns due to undeliverable addresses or refused delivery are subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from any refund/credit issued.


DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS

* If your item was damaged during shipment, please reach out to us.

* If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us to have this item returned and exchanged. 

Our team will review your request and provide a replacement or refund based on availability.
